Greg is the Founder and CEO of Coachwell. He thoroughly enjoys his role as a Business Coach, while serving entrepreneurs, who he believes are the backbone of a healthy community and nation.

Dianna Salciccioli

Co-Founder / Professional Coach

Dianna began coaching while in a lead role in a Coaching ministry for clergy. She served as a passionate Ministry/Life Coach for 12 years and worked with hundreds of leaders.

She and Greg then started Coachwell to expand their reach from Ministry Leaders to Business Leaders. Dianna's driving purpose is to help leaders be the best they can be.  She firmly believes that when a leader focuses on their strengths and takes intentional steps to grow, they will experience incredible personal success.

It has been rewarding and fruitful for her to come alongside leaders through the many challenges and changes that have transpired over the past 10 years.

Susie Mersereau

Client Services Director

Susie is a graphic designer and client specialist with 7 years of experience from technology, manufacturing, healthcare, and real estate industries. Susie’s extensive background in marketing and brand expression informs her expertise in visual strategy and client engagement. Susie is an integral part of Coachwell’s design planning and execution. She is adept at project management roles, including creating new digital and print assets for Coachwell, and overseeing administrative responsibilities.

Sarah brings over 15 years of finance and operations leadership experience to Coachwell. Her strong accounting background, keen eye for operational inefficiencies, and effectiveness in leading and inspiring teams have made her an invaluable asset in a wide array of industries from Equipment Finance to Treasury to Sales.
